You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, submit false information, or attempt to disrupt its operation.

Custom designs are created collaboratively based on your specifications. Quotes, timelines, and deposits are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Custom pieces are made to order. Once production has begun, deposits may be non-refundable; specific terms are provided in your design agreement.

We disclose whether diamonds are natural or lab-grown and provide certification where applicable. All representations about stones are made in good faith based on available grading reports.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paul Nudelman Custom Jewellers Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Our liability for custom design services is limited to the value of the piece commissioned.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
